Aside from being a current Central Connecticut State University student, I am an individual who prides herself with being independent. With having a job since I was sixteen, I have been able to succeed in those regards.
An Early Start
Before being able to work at a legitimate company, I babysat for families since I was thirteen years old. With doing so, I have had a source of income for the past eight years.
My parents embedded a strong worth ethnic within me by not just handing me things. This has greatly helped me in my early adult life, and I greatly appreciate them not handing me things in an “easy” way.
I was able to own my own car when I was seventeen, because I learned to instill monetary value and prioritize my needs and wants.
I continue to grow as a person and learn new life skills on a daily basis, and it is something that will stick with me forever.
